Fýri is a quartet from Denmark and Sweden, originally founded in 2019. We sing and play a mix of original music and traditional music from the 800-1500s, drawing our inspiration from the viking age, medieval times and the early renaissance.

We have played many concerts at churches, medieval festivals, and other events throughout Europe. We engage with our audiences through our enchanting blend of ancient and modern sounds as well as storytelling and chain dancing. We believe that music can transport us to different times and places, and we're passionate about sharing these experiences with people around the world.
